Cracking display Bezels.

    I have 3 M4400's at the office. I had the bezels replaced on all of them with 2 of them having the bezels replaced twice.

    I also had the palm-rests replaced on 2 of them because the plastic stand-offs lost the rubber pieces and cracked.

    Really bad design IMO and I work for an engineering firm. The plastic bezel only cracks around the snaps because the quality is low and it has no flex.

    I have no problem calling them every couple of months to have someone come out and swap my bezel. Im pretty sure that switching to a different grade of plastic with more flex would eliminate 80% of the cracks.

    The bezel of my m2400 has cracked in the lower left corner and the speaker grill paint has also come off. I am now a bit ashamed of pulling out the computer on meetings.

    You're still in warranty, have them send you the replacement parts!
