The time line says that they are supposed to be released in June. Shouldn't we have gotten so more info by now? Will they be released early June or later? Also would I be able to have one in my hands within a month of release?

    thanks

Not sure. I'm excited to see them. I was always a bit partial to the Latitude line... But I'm hoping to see them by June.

The spec sheets have been leaked already. Looks like they will have a wide variety of options.

I know of the specs and am defiantly latitude biased. I was just wondering if there was any more specific info or opinions

What do you want to know about it? My friend uses a Latitude E at work (his company gets to test the Dells before they are released mainstream).

    Please update on build quality.

    Take pics if possible.

I was seriously disappointed with the build quality of m1330 with the gaps and crooked pieces.

Dude please get some pics of them, all I have seen is renderings, and maybe you could get him to write a small review for them, that would be amazing. I so want the E6500. I want to know how it is to use, how light it actually is, the quality of it.

it's NDA- so either he'll leak known info or not enough for Dell to check who he is, you're not going to see pictures or a review, but more can confirm they are faster, slimmer etc
