Dell's website has some conflicting information and was hoping that someone may know from practical experience. On two different compatibility list it is stated that a M4400 will work on a D/Dock or D/Port Replicator. The other list doesn't list it. I was under the impression that the M4400 was a "E" port connection as far as replicators and docking accessories. I think the same misinformation appears for the M6300. Can anyone verify what works or are they by any chance that both will work? Thanks

The M4400 won't work with a D-Series dock. If Dell's site says it does, it is a mistake.

It won't fit on a D dock. Use an E.
