Does dell have an equivalent of Lenovo's System Update? its so convenient just clicking update and letting it find the latest drivers and installing them...

Kinda, Dell Support Center is supposed to work like Lenovo's System Update but Lenovo's program is much nicer.

Umm you have set it to. Okay I don't think it comes on Business models, only consumer (just opened up my brother's M5030). It technically should work with any Dell. And it just links you to the Dell website, it does not automatically download and install the drivers, but it pulls it from your Service Tag. Lenovo's ThinkVantage is way better lol.

Glad you found it. :) I was about to provide the link to the software on the support.dell.com site just in case you wiped your drive but glad you found it.

The file is called the Client System Update. If you have not reimaged your system this should already be on your system. If you have reimaged than go to support.dell.com site and go to the M4600 drivers download section. Go down to the Systems Management section and within that the file you are looking for is the Client System Update.
