The Client System Update from the website doesn't install, comes up with a missing .msi error

Anyone get this working? My M4600 did not come with Client System Update and I'd like to try it. I formerly used Lenovo laptops and their system update software is excellent.

How about system restore? Does Dell give you the ability to create recovery disk so you can restore the system to factory condition include the recovery partition?
I only have the recovery disc (win7) & resource/driver disc and would really hate have to re-install os then all the drivers manually..
