e6520 Fingerprint not working

    I have a weird problem with the fingerprint reader (Latitude E6520)
    Sometimes after swiping I get a message "Please rescan your finger" and I can't use the fingerprint reader to login. After logging in with password, I can't register a new fingerprint in DPP. ("Unable to read fingerprint. Please try again!")
    Have you ever seen like this?
    After one or more reboot/sleep-power on/hibernating-power on it works again.

    It can be a software bug IMHO (because the service center replaced the palmrest as far as I know it includes fingerprint reader), but I'm not sure, and didn't find anything at google...
