    My E6410 had random BSOD and AHCI was very flaky. I called a rep who kept on apologizing (o_o) and issued me an RMA # and emailed me a shipping label in about 2 hours. I printed out the Fedex label and dropped it off at a Fedex location.

    Thanks. I think I'm going to keep the one I'm getting from Dell, harvest the SSD and then sell it on craigslist.
