Hi everyone, i need to find the latest chipset drivers on Intel's website. Dell has several listed and i'm not sure which ones i need so i think it would be best to get them from Intel however i'm not sure which ones to download? Can anyone provide a link?

The 3 listed chipset drivers are:

Intel AMT 4.2.0.1020 PV LMS/SOL Driver
Intel AMT 4.2.0.1020 PV MEI Driver
    Ricoh R5C8xx / R5U24x Memory Card Drivers

I believe each is required to enable a separate device. If you want/need a device working, install its driver.

I would use the Dell.com drivers unless you have a good reason to id and search for the correct driver elsewhere.

The AMT drivers are not appropriate for most users. You need the Intel mobile chipset driver and the Ricoh driver.

However, the Intel mobile chipset driver already installed by Windows 7 should be OK.

So, no devices banged in Device Manager, no need for those drivers.

Seems like you would need the Ricoh card bus driver, though.

So it's very strange that Dell lists them as "Recommended". I get the same message as jholty when trying to install the Intel AMT-HECI as well as the AMT-SOL drivers, both recommended me by Dell, and they have my service tag so they should know. Shouldn't they...?

What is the Ricoh card bus driver used for?

I ask because i am using the native win7 x64 drivers for EVERYTHING except video (downloaded the latest nvidia drivers) and network card (got the latest drivers from windows update) and am getting only a 6.2 WEI score for cpu and ram, which concerns me, most everyone i see on here with a M4400 is getting a 7.2 WEI score.

Card bus is for the SD memory card reader, I believe.

    Dell.com offers 68 downloads for the M4400 and Win7 x64.

This is what device manager show for my chipset. Is everyone in agreement that I do not need to update my chipset drivers?

The M4400 Win7 x64 downloads do not include the general Intel chipset drivers, suggesting they are included in Win7, and will be updated via Windows Updates. Or, if you know your chipset, you can find the latest greatest version on intel.com. The picture you posted does not tell what version is installed, nor what is the latest version on intel.com. You'll have to investigate and conclude this. If it all works now, leave it be... perhaps a Windows (hardware) Update will come along some day.

The picture you posted does suggest that you did not install the Dell DCP Security Manager (drivers), which are required before you can install the Intel AMT drivers. Hence, the USH Brodacom device is banged! No big deal... leave it banged and right-click to disable it, assuming you do not need any of the security bells and whistles or AMT services.
