I am using an old Dell Latitude C610 notebook as a network router.

The notebook bios has an 'Auto On Mode' feature which allows itself to automatically power on at a specified time.

Currently, should a power outage occur, I have to manually press the power button, or wait until the ‘Auto On Mode’ time lapses to restart the notebook. This is not ideal for an unassisted always on router setup.

I would like to mod the bios so the 'Auto On Mode' feature triggers every minute or so.

Does anyone know how (if possible) to make such a bios mod?

    Thanks
