Latitude D600 USB ports dead?

    Soda on the keyboard prompted me to attach a USB keyboard only to find that the USB ports on the back right (only ones on this model) seem to be inactive they won't sense any of my usb devices used on other laptops. Tried BIOS setup (luckily "enter" works one out of 20 presses) including enable/disable usb emulation to no avail.

    Any tips? Thanks!

    bad luck. have you tried running your usb keyboard through a mains powered usb hub? my d600's usb ports are too underpowered to run anything much these days, apart from simple flash memory.
