ok, dell called me and we upgraded to latest BIOS A10 as well as graphics drivers. After restart, I still had same issues at bootup.

The lady agreed that it has something to do with motherboard and LCD is good. She asked me to arrange sending the system back. Remember, I sent this system via Nvidia's claim i.e. free shipping and free repairs. So she said contact Nvidia settlement admin. I called them and they gave me an email address. I have sent my frustrated email to this email addr. Lets see what happens.

By the way, dell lady said, my warranty expired Feb 2010. I know they had 1 yr extra warranty for nvidia issues. She told me that 1 yr also has expired. I told her, I know and if not for your bloody incompetent support, I would have sent my system long time back. Everytime i called them, they said, if external monitor is fine, its your LCD. I called atleast 4 times but they didnt listen. So frustrating and now they want to tell me warranty expired. So annoying.

Thanks all for your patience and help.
