    Hi guys -

I know this is a little OT but in years of lurking I've found some amazing answers here and I'm hoping NBR comes through again!

Back in July I ordered an E4200 - shipment was delayed a couple times, but I finally received it at the beginning of August. I activated the mobile broadband (5520) and went to collect my rebate and... nothing. No rebate form. So I called Dell.

I talked to Order Support via phone twice, Technical Support once, and Sales twice. Each time, the Dell department referred me to another department within Dell, or to AT&T. I subsequently contacted AT&T, and was referred from Technical Support to Laptop Support to Customer Care. Each department referred me to either another department in AT&T or back to Dell. I finally spoke with AT&T's Business Care, and they referred me to Young America, AT&T's rebate fulfillment group. Young America referred me back to Dell.

What's the chance someone around these parts has a "summer" rebate form for a 5520? A copy of the form would be great, but even the form number would probably help locate it. I wouldn't bother with a rebate if it wasn't $120 - that's a lot of coin to toss out the window!

The E4200 configurator showed the rebate was available as of 7/27, but it's location - supposedly http://www.dell.com/att - has nothing. Even old cached (Google) copies of this page contain a a link to a VERY expired form.

Any help is appreciated, even if it's knowledge of who to talk to about getting it!
