Does anyone know what a bios beep code of 4 beeps, a pause, then 5 beeps means for a Dell Latitude E6510? It won't boot and just beeps with this code.

Sometimes the machine will actually boot into BIOS, or diagnostics or even into Windows, but if it gets as far as any of these, it locks up randomly shortly thereafter.

It means Google It! (see page 34) and call Dell.

I would start by removing the RAM and then replacing the modules one at a time.
