Latitude E6x20 SATA 3 ready?

    Hi, new to the forum.
    Looking to upgrade my hdd to ssd.
    Can anyone confirm if the E6x20 serie with the QM67 chipset is SATA 3 ready?! Or, just SATA 2?
    Will save a few buck on SATA 2, if the E6320 can't do SATA 3.

    All Sandy Bridge laptops support SATA 3. For normal hard drives, they don't even saturate SATA 1 speeds, but if you have an SSD then SATA 3 can be worth it (depending on what you do).
