The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

What kind of name is Welch for a notebook? Isn't that the name of Grape Juice company?

    That's probably the codename.
That looks...thick? I mean, look at it. Doesn't it look 1"+ thick? That's too much for a netbook with an Atom. Although, maybe I'd try one out to use as my new toy if it does have a touchscreen.

That is Welch's. This plus the Mini 10 plus the upcoming rumored Adamo 9 is too many netbooks that barely differentiate.
