I've got a E4310 which wasn't purchased with Latitude on so i gave my Dell rep a shout if i could purchase the module seperately, he said he couldn't see it listed for the E4310 but it was listed for the E4300, would the module from the E4300 work in my laptop?

    Thanks
    Colin.

Not sure. Also I thought it was more of a soldered on module..

Easy answer: avoid Latitude ON. From my own experience, I don't see any advantages, and boot time is actually slower than Windows 7 if you figure in the time required for the mandatory password.
