For those of you that have used both products, can you share your opinions on these two laptops.

Right now I am in the middle and can't really choose one way or the other.

I would like to choose one company and just deal with them for all my computer needs.

Who has the best customer service for the business division?

Is one product superior to the other?

Comparing specs and prices really isn't enough to make a decision.

I will be taking my server business to which ever company I choose, so if you can offer any advice in that department, please do.

Pretty much, I want to know which company is the best to deal with as a business.

    thanks MDR8850.
Are you comparing Dell business line support to HP business line support?

I know the Dell business line support is very good for the most part. HP i have not dealt with them for years other then servers, but my companies Europe counterparts use HP.

Still liking the 8530 Willard? I really want to hear more about the Elitebook before I buy new ones for my company.

How is the reliability of the HP business line compared to business-centric Dells and Lenovos?
