    Costumer service PHONE... forget chat.. it leads to no-wear. It's only great for simple problems. You usually (for every company, it's not chat it's e-mail) have the trainees there.

    OOOHHHHHHHHH! refurbished.
    They don't re-build a new system, they will look for you for the identical system to show up.. that may take months! You should contact them and see that you are flexible... like you can take 2 GB instead of 4GB as for example, or a bigger or smaller HDD, and so on. You know, negotiate, you might be able to get a little better system for no extra charge. (Like a bigger or faster HDD). If your system is configured with an SSD, than that would be a problem. However you can see in getting one with an HDD and that they swap the SSD from the old system (presuming it's not part of the problem) with the HDD of the new one.

    Yea that is the down side for refurbished, that is why you pay peanuts compared to a new system price.

    I asked for technician to come with a new back-lit keyboard
    and install it when the system arrives.

    I'm waiting for their replay.
