Need a new battery for my Dell d620...is this one good?

    The picture of that battery looks different from my batteries. My batteries are all black on that side, but that one has a gray part. Not sure if its genuine or not or just not the actual item pictured.

    There are a couple battery OEMs and plastics manufacturers, so the interior structure being a little different isn't surprising. I've had some variation in the batteries I have as well (I purchased from Dell directly).
