New dell latitude, precision machines coming out or refresh?

I'm pretty convinced the M4500 will be 16:9. If not, I'll be very impressed and suspect that Dell secured the last stock of 16:10 in the 15" class leaving their competition high and dry (until next year, when they have to switch too).

 

Ok 16:9 will def be in a 15 inch form factor and eventually when their is another precision next year it will be 16:9, 17.3 and also eventually a 18.4 i have one its really great for screen real-estate but not good for reading and vertical pages.

 

I'm a bit confused about what you are trying to say. Are you suggesting the successor to the M6500 (presumably the M6600) will have a 17.3" 16:9 screen? Also, are you suggesting there will soon be an 18.4" Precision model? If so, I suspect the former is inevitable, but I highly doubt the latter.

 

Knight427 eventually 16:9 will come but dell is holding its own still. I really highly doubt an 18.4 its really stupid, the screen restate is great but a res of 1920 by 1200 it doesn't matter, talking about a 17.
