    Hi guys,

I have a school Latitude E6410 with the NVS 3100m and am having trouble connecting to an older CRT analog TV (has VGA in on the back). The computer recognizes the display, I can choose mirror and the resolution on the laptop screen will go to 1024x748, but no video is displayed on the TV.

I wasn't sure where to place this thread, but I think it is a NVIDIA problem. There was another CRT analog TV I tried to connect to (both are at school) and it had the same result. But the weird thing is that both TVs work with SOME other computers. I have seen a computers with the GMA 3100, GMA 4500mhd, Intel HD, HD 3450m, and HD 3650m connect no problem. But all NVIDIA laptops at school failed to connect. This includes a Asus G51JX GTS 360m, a 9300m, and even the 320m on a MacBook (boot camp).

So the TV is not at fault but it seems like NVIDIA drivers are. All of the NVIDIA laptops work fine on digital displays (VGA or HDMI), but not analog TVs. Do you guys have any ideas?

    Thanks in advance
