    Quick update....
I did ring Dell spare parts yesterday and they are out of stock for the screws and the cable needed.
I am able to source the cable but not the screws part #XX602.

Can anyone shed a bit of light where to get them please?.
    Thanks in advance

You should not expect too much, I mean they are Dell machines, very expensive ones so very few of them actually sells, that means very few spareparts around.

Did you try Dells repair partners? They can usually get you parts etc for a price of course.

Also you can try different Dell customer service such as Dell UK, Dell US, Dell Australia, Dell China English, Dell Singapore and so on.
They might have spares in even if the others do not, I done this before where I contacted Dell Sweden just to get a part they did not have in stock elsewhere.
They might be tricky to get them to ship it to you, mostly luck in getting someone willingly on the line.

    Hi

I have 2 dell precision's, 7530 and 7730 that had new cards fitted (P3200 and P4200), new heatsinks, new umd connectors, but I have the same drivers issue. Any way you can provide support, I will more than gladly pay for your help. Thanks

Please post the hardware ID showing in Device Manager for these cards. These shouldn't need a mod to work with the Precision 7X30.

    Congratulations!!!.
How did you get the required spare parts? (#NGRJG,#XX602)
I am trying hard from different sources but it will take an arm and a leg in order to find them,
Also....did you get both cards with the aluminum foil like heat shield?
    Thanks

    [Pricing information removed]

If you're upgrading from the Intel UMA pass-through board, you will need the following additional parts to complete the upgrade:
    Code:
    P/N Description Quantity
    NGRJG Assembly,Connector,Board To Board,DGFF,7X30 2
    MX2D7 Cable,DGFF,Power,7530 1
    M2F8R ASSY,HTSNK,W/FAN,NVEQ3+Q5,7540 1
    XX602 SCR,M2X3,FLH,MSCR,NI,SILVER 4

Everyone else, including purchasers who originally purchased their 7530s/7540s with the Quadro P1000, P2000, P3200, T1000, T2000 or RTX 3000 will still need to purchase part M2F8R, the heatsink designed for the Quadro RTX 4000/5000 in the Dell Precision 7540, as the heatsink designs are different:
    P1000/P2000/T1000/T2000 heatsink (Dell P/N: YHP4Y)

    P3200/RTX 3000 heatsink (Dell P/N: PR6WV)

Could you offer the same deal for the 7740/7730?
If so I am in for a Rtx4000.

Also would be great if you offer a kit with adapters, cable and screws.

Do you know if the 7730 nvidia heatsink is compatible with the RTX 4000 ?

    Hi.

I chated with a dell representative for the board adapters (UMD connectors, cheap) and the screws I used ones that were the same dimension and length I had.

Go to dell, sales link, https://channels.us.dell.com/netage...essionID=00a0254d-a030-40cc-b295-0592348310f5

    Purchase parts/ warranty extensions

My problem is still getting the drivers to recognize the P4200 in the 7730 and a P3200 in a 7530.

Also, you can get the connector from PARTS PEOPLE
    https://www.parts-people.com/index.php?action=item&id=29553

    Screws https://www.ebay.com/itm/M2-Head-Di...hash=item361fb16a61:m:mvMr0jM3FT5qAHFbnYZuqgA

    Size 2m x 3MM.
