What Color's your Latitude E-Series?

Regatta blue? (My Favorite) Regal Red? I know a few people on here have blue but i was just wondering how widespread the color choices are among NBR members?

 

At the moment I have an E6500 Regal Red, but I bought a new one and chose the Black. While the Red is a great shade of the color, all of the blue LEDs ruin it... especially the power cable! I think the Regatta Blue might look nice, but then I thought a little bit and realized that in the future, black parts will be greatly more available than any of the colored parts .

 

good point, since the majority of systems are black, parts would most likely be cheaper and more plentiful

 

Black! I like black conservative appearance; no flashy stuff. My previous laptop was an IBM Thinkpad.

The silver colored battery and hinges aren't really my thing, but what choice do I have.

 

I'm rocking the regal red here.

 

Mine's black (like 80% of the machines out there according to this poll XD). When I bought it, there wasn't an option for anything but black. I had the opportunity to switch to something other than black at one point, but there was no way I was gonna pay more for a colored lid.

Besides, I'd actually prefer it if they switched just the lid color rather than the lower chassis color as well. I'd almost consider a Regatta Blue.

If you want the Intel graphics, your only color choice is black.

 

I have a black E4300 and i'm probably going to end up buying a red LCD lid for it. I think it'd look pretty cool, and i'll have the original black one to fall back on if/when the red one breaks or gets worn out.

 

the colours look nice, but i think its a bit messy looking, for example black interior, coloured body, silver battery, black CD drive....just looks bad....like a half hearted job of building different coloured models

two tone silver-black looks much better

 

Mine's black. It was the only option a year back.

If buying now, I would be tempted by red (provided it came with the Intel GPU).
