I didin't pay? Just returned my Quad CPU, which I got for 200 usd? dude, it does not matter..

lol (to the CPU and needing to rob a bank, ?), well that is strange IIRC I could overvolt my P8700 in my 5935g.
If I robbed a bank I would be buying a M18X with a pair of HD6990Ms in it. -
Did you have to do anything? I just followed the undervolting guide and were not able to raise the voltage higher then stock..
-
Meaker@Sager Company Representative
Nope, strange.
-
Very strange.. well ill try again with the T9900
-
I was just joking lol. Wasnt serious at all. Anyways I ditched my E8435 and went back to my T6500, probably gonna overclock and get a T9900 like you and also let me know what temps u are getting for the T9900. Also the E8435 I bought is 55 WATTS
which is why it overheated like crazy!!!!!!!!!!! Im gonna buy the T9900 and get it done with.
well I have got myself into some problems Meaker and Tunay help me out here. after I switched black to t6500 everything worked fine except the temp was high so thinking I would redo the thermal paste I opened it all up again and put it back up together. but I'm having this strange issue where my computer takes about 3 seconds to start up after I hit the power button instead of doing it instantly and then it shows the BIOS and shuts off. sometimes it goes to a selection menu after that asks me to use windows recovery or load windows. also itll sometomes start to show the windows logo and shut off again. this happened the first time I tried the e8435 and I solved it by taking off the processor and back onto socket. but this time the same thing is not resolving the problem. -
I would say it is your Windows?
However another update here: I got my keyboard today, I now have my antennas and keyboard. Now waiting for my CPU. I'm leaving Norway next week so I hope it reaches me in time. -
Update: I was able to go back and fix it by taking one module apart at a time and testing if computer turns on or not. Then I went from there. Also the E8435 went stable in my new heatsink as I was getting 44 idle and 73 on load which was perfect to me but I had already put it on ebay and people are bidding on it like crazy.
So, Im probably going to get the E8435 again but this time ill get the E0 stepping which presumably has a tdp of 45 watts -
What is the price for your CPU?
-
I bought it for $85 free shipping.
The one im selling on ebay is going for $75 buy it now and the highest bid is 62 i think. -
lol? 85? That is cheap!! Like I paid about 200 for the T9900. I think.
-
Meaker@Sager Company Representative
Sorry I did not get back to you sooner, was trying to get the HD5870 working but I think the card is dead (since the HD5850 I had booted and operated fine).
*sigh* looks like it has to go back, think I will just wait for 28nm GPUs now. -
You were going to sell your 5870?
-
Meaker@Sager Company Representative
No, try and run it.
-
5870M sounds awesome but i will wait for the 7000m series mxm 3.0 cards by AMD cause those are gonna rock. need to save money as well.
To Tunay, cheap=not always good. Some ebayers are selling the same processor saying that it is rated 44 not 55W. Atleast now I can run games without having it shut down. It reaches 80-90C temps if you game for say an hour. -
I know cheap always is not good. I never buy cheap products either.. Rather pay a little more and get a better product
-
Good news Tunay, thanks to Throttlestop I was able to underclock this E8435 sucker to 1.0875V running at 2926.0Mhz and Highest temp I could achieve was 80C which is a WIN in my book. Now off to overvolt the GPU some more.
-
So, you are not selling your CPU?
-
lol its already on ebay so Im forced to buy another one and have it shipped to the winning bidders house.
-
lol
Another update from me here: My T9900 arrived today, going to pick it up tomorrow and going to have a night where I take this whole thing apart and upgrade the CPU, change the keyboard and antennas as well. Maybe I also add 8GB RAM before I leave for holiday, not sure yet. -
-
Meaker@Sager Company Representative
Ah then you should get an ES E0 stepping x9100 then
-
Do you guys think we could mod the optical drive bay and use it for a secondary ssd or hardrive instead? or more like ssd inside and HDD in the optical drive tray
-
-
Just leavi'n this here. This is idle, with 3th antenna and Turkish keyboard.
Another update with T9900. Overclock to 333Mhz FSB is impossible. Bluescreen at every settings. I have tried a lot of diffrent settings in BIOS and even tried to overvolt but still, it is not possible.. However, at this point T9900 is more then enough for my use, but I just wanted to have it at 1333Mhz so my RAM sticks could be pushed a little bitAttached Files:

how u take a picture when u are on the desktop!!!sorry iam noob..... -
So, I am having some problems with my sound on the 5739g where windows 7 does not seem to detect the hardware. I removed the oem009.inf and oem033.inf files thinking I could reinstall them in case the files were corrupted. Now i'm soundless and am having other strange behaivor like not coming out of sleep mode correctly. Should i just use the recover disk and hope for the best?
-
did u recently use the headphones Penddor? or used the 3.5 jack of your Acer? If you did I know what happened.
-
CROSSFIRE_GTI, I'm going to try it out. I'm currently on vacation so I'm away from everything. Just using my laptop, for now. But I a bottle of coke said hello to my keyboard yesterday. It is a bit, stick, you know

Thanks for that
However, I bet you won't belive your own eyes how fast your laptop is if you upgrade to a solid state drive
I allready have 1333Mhz G.SKILL sticks, (8GB) I think I'll flash lower timings and try with those. -
