nah i like a realistic military style gun, thats why am going for the RAP4 Xpower 2010 (M4 carbine style), it is clip fed, no huge bulky hopper for paintballs.
i want the security at the airports to confuse it for a real gun lol.

the tippmann says "hello AM A PAINTBALL GUN I LOOK SO FAKE DONT WORRY KIDS USE ME TO SHOOT PAINT "

    so yeah.

Stay far, far away from crap4. I cannot even begin to tell you how much.
If you want magazine fed ATS markers, the Tiberius T4 (what I run now personally) and milsig are all far better choices.

    Trust me.

    I play stockclass pump.
    I get by on 10.

you can not use the online form for transfers outside of the US(it says so right in the disclaimer). I'm not sure if it's even possible.

    Naw, don't be silly!

BTW, I am effin' LOVING my new m17x. I'm gonna browse steam tonight and download a game or two (or just the demo) to push the system a bit.

Then likely install Civ4 or GalCivII and eat away the rest of the night. [IMG]

Now the thread is only slightly derailed. :D

Psh, I'm all for humorous thread derailings, I totally just reinstalled Civ4 too! Parts of it make me miss Civ II though. Back to the m17x, I considered the 820 for a while, but from what I've seen it just doesn't seem like it would be worth it from a pure gaming standpoint. I think I'm going to just wait and then hopefully pop an OEM 920 in there, assuming it doesn't void my warranty...

For all its imbalance and such it did have a certain magic to it. I've easily burned through more Civ hours on II than any other version. That was prolly due to being in college at the time. :)

I ADORED the show during its original airing. Went to a few cons as well and met the cast and such. Great folks. I don't think the show has aged very well, but yeah. I've kept the handle over the years although I usually just go with JC or JCrichton as opposed to "John Crichton". I've ended meeting lots of people in person after interactions on forums and being called "John" is too jarring! Some friends I've had for years still slip and call me John occassionally.

I don't have to tell you that it's totally worth the wait. :D

I always thought the show was awesome. I agree that it didn't age well but what really had me was the ending movie never felt like it really belonged or that it was a really good ending. I still wish i could meet the hole cast though

Yeah, all parties (Sci-fi Channel and the FarScape producers) really screwed up what should have been the 5th season. They squeezed it all into that TV movie and while it was better than not getting closure it really felt rushed. I've always felt that Farscape was what Star Trek: Voyager should have been if you get my (topic) drift.

Even though the lot of them were tired they were all very nice and gracious. They answered questions and signed stuff with no fuss which was really nice.

At the first NY Con Ben Browder actually came out after all the signings in the middle of the crowd, jumped on a chair and did some other wacky stuff to pimp the show that I can't remember. I do recall it being very fun and entertaining! :)

yeah I think get your drift

    cool

I remember Ben Browder and Claudia Black went on to be on stargate.
I wish I could have seen the wacky stuff. Browder was always my favorite.

5870's being pushed now may not have the crossfire interface on the card. That would be te reason they don't have them in x-fire.

They sell the 5870 separately you'll have to call dell and ask if they have the xfire connection.

they seem to have removed the CF option on all dell websites i checked (BE-NL-US) I guess they have to get rid of an old stock of 4870's first

they all offer 1x5870 or CF 4870

    pisses me off :(

Dual 4870 GPU's will run any game at the max Resolution of 1900x1200. You won't have to lower the resolution to get playable frame rates.

So, just to keep this thread from getting too far off track--how many people have gotten the answer from Dell that the 5870CF is available, just low in stock so it's not on the website? How many have been allowed to order it?
