    It was just standard shipping before. The thing is even if I chose 7 days it would still take less unless it was ground shipping from Texas. I asked the Dell rep to switch to expedition but I don't know for sure if it went through. 2 days to get from Texas to my house would have been impressive though for standard :D.

    I gotta figure how to kill 72 hours...

    So my shipment finally reached Canada as it arrived in Calgary yesterday, I'm hoping for a Tuesday delivery, it took 5 days to get to Canada so I won't hold my breath

    Getting real frustrated, ordered on the sixth and still "in production". I had sent emails to rep and got nothing, finally called and he had no clue when it would be finished . However he upgraded me to nbd air....

    Ordered 5/6 through AAFES w/7 day shipping (no choice)
    EDD was 6/03.
    Status changed to INShipped on 5/16, received a shipping notice from dell on 5/20 w/tracking number, EDD updated to 5/24, came from city of industry w/fedex ground. City of Industry is right around the corner from me so like with every package coming from there, it got here the next day.. saturday 5/21, today :)

    I just noticed something now - they didn't put the order number as the reference. So for mine, I had to request the packing slip and then it told me the waybill number.

    Love Dell's status . . . . called this morning for my daily status and they received my order on May 11th and say it WAS shipped on June 2nd . . .

    So I'm hoping that mean's it will ship soon . . . would love to have it before Memorial Day.

    From what im hearing they ship from texas? and some are saying it can take 5 days to cross the border..... and then some are saying it took 24 hours... and since Purolator doesn't update the damned info until it crosses the border, we have no idea when it will arrive and no way to plan when to be home to sign for it....

    *pulls hair out*

    This could very well put us past NEXT weekend.... as it is I'm not around home thurs or Friday.. So it could very well get sent back for lack of delivery :/

    Any new orders through EPP (with a .edu address) should be able to get the new xbox 360 for free as well, something to keep in mind guys!

    Just emailed my rep to see if he can retro-work that in for me :D

    I was told it is available with the m18x. It's just you'd have to cancel the order and redo it. That tacks on an extra 2 weeks of delay since you start all over again.

    Ordered on 5-6-11; EDD was 6-2-11 then Dell changed to 5-31-11 due to upgrade free of charge to NBD.
    Today I got a call from the Dell rep that monitors my order and he told me they are running behind due to wireless HD out of stock.

    If you have not said YES. Ask them for 10% discount, otherwise, you will cancel the order and switch to another brand. Customer Re-solution department will approve that by giving you a reference number so you can call them and redeem that discount once you received your order.
