@Inap: Nah, I like Samsung but I dont like their monitors style... So I won't mind, a good brand you know!
I like extra bright screens! So 300cd/m2 is a minimum... and a HDMI port is a major plus, if I wish to use two screens at once!
@Harry; Man I wish, it's cold here in Quebec, I want to see the warm sun and some beautiful beach.. :(

yeah I know... but I don't have an eSATA HDD. Only got USB and Firewire 400. Speeds on both are about the same. Thought I'd try the wireless option first. else I'll just ask dell to send me a USB transfer cable :p

Because two screens look , and they will be bigger and cheaper than the Acer you linked!
I wont be able to use eyefinity anyway since I have the 260M, but the screens should be working fine anyway, one through VGA and the other through a HDMI to DVI cable!

Your GTX260m can support 3d.. you can also go for a 3d monitor something like this Alienware OptX? AW2310 23" 3D Full HD Widescreen Monitor Product Details

But you can get cheaper ones from acer Amazon.com: Acer GD235HZbid Widescreen 23.6" 3D LCD Display: Computer & Accessories

and ya the asus has good reviews... You can only run 2 monitors without your Laptop display... Because GTX260m can display 2 screens any combination (2 monitors or 1 monitor and laptop screen).. may be you already knew this... but still givin the info...

hmm i am wanting to do that but im still on factory thermal paste lol so i won't try that until i have new thermal paste before i flash the gpu. PERMANENTLY. :D

also this run i did i see a couple of artifacts so ive hit the limit for benching without flashing the gpu

what temps do you get when benching and playin games.... If you get something around 70ish then it is alright even with the stock paste... But it is always a safe play to apply a good thermal paste like MX3 or AS5 before upping the voltage..it won't take long though... Inap has a guide as well...

    Well to watch 3d movies I'd need a 3d capable blu-ray player, which I dont have :p
I read multiples reviews on the Asus, seems pretty good, few bad review saying the red and green are bad, but most of the people seemed to like it a lot! So I might as well do that.
Oh and the SSD is awesome, I was shocked by how fast it was at first, but now that I'm used to it I miss the "first days" feeling :p
I can boot my whole system is about 15 seconds!

well im using a nc-2000 cooler with my M15x moved far forward so that the vent holes are right beneath the vents for the M15x about and inch past the front of the cooler lol. but i hit 69c with that last bench running at 680/1175/1700 so its pretty good.

which is why before i increase the voltage i want a nice decrease in load temps before doing that.
