    The silver is my choice. If it turns out I don't like it I could always have it anodized black, or red, or blue, or even gold.


    I'm going to look into anodizing, and engraving mods when I pick one of these up. Anodizing it gold or a dark midnight blue and having it engraved so the silver shows through should make for a great look.


    For those that don't like the two-tone they sell really thin aluminum sheets with adhesive backings that can be used to cover it. Killer Notebook uses them to mod their custom laptops.

    I agree, I agree... I wanted the Tripartite of awesome, the facial recognition, thumbprint scanner and a great computer! Where is my triple threat laptop? (although the slot loaded Drives kind of make up for it :D)

    Yea the problem is I think it will look funky because three colors are usually not complementary, epecially when it is black, Silver and then a vibrant bright color lol

    That's never been an option to my knowledge. They had Linux for a while on some systems to save costs but it didn't last long except in the mini netbooks.

    Im wondering something, obviously they state there is BIOS overclocking for the extreme CPU's, is there any chance we may be able to over clock the non extreme CPU's? and if not maybe flash the BIOS to one that supports over clocking on the non extreme CPU's?

    It will then be in "Order Processing" until someone at Dell authorizes payment.
