    I'd like to know about dell's complete care, if i buy the laptop at first with just the basic warranty, can i extend it 9 months later or more to include another year or two warranty with complete care? and if i am covered under complete care and say a Capella version of the M17x is out at the time, and mine gets damaged, will they replace it with the updated Capella version?

    2)They will replace with like or better. If there are some in the outlet that match or exceed your system specs they'll send you a refurb (don't plan on those being in the outlet often, if ever).

    You wouldn't get new hardware unless the old hardware was already phased out.
