A brief description of the UK-Euro Dell- m17x

the answer i got is that the order software is slow today, if your ordered on sunday and still didnt get an email yet this means that its not today. and their software is a piece of s--t. i have thought of that you say for the stock too. noone knows whats happening there. did you get your order id and customer id anyway?

and something i must point out. name on template is not and wont be an option for UK (or even whole europe) customers. the answer i got for it, is that the staff of the production decided this. thank you very much for your user friendly decisions. and i think the same happened with the previous m17x. i know it takes so much time, nearly 5 minutes to type it.

except from this, payment from bank takes 7 business days in UK. the banks are afraid to lose even one pound as everyone in Uk.

so you lucky Americans imagine what we have to pass through to get this machine.

and finally the customization options in general? just pay a visit to the euro website of m17x. ssds? what is this? Uk doesnt know anything. the only good thing is the 4gb 1333mhz ram as default. and i am afraid that this may be fake and be the slower one .

and all these for the price difference referred before. the only thing they care for is the rating after chat.

    Ummm, no they didn't.

What you are seeing is a hold on the funds. The actual charge will not appear until it ships.

I have had my DPA account for ~8 years and know how this works :)

All they did was put a hold on the funds to make sure your account had enough.

They do the same whether it is a cc, bank account, etc.

First time I've ever used it. I applied for it in anticipation of this purchase cause I wanted the extra discount. In the past there have always been coupons (or pricing errors :D ) to give me a discount.

No harm... Just letting you AW guys know how Dell operates :)

Been buying Dell systems for years and now I get the best of both worlds - Dell's great warranty and usually good CS and AW's awesome looks and design!

You can't because AW is not handling the orders and build - Dell is.

You will need Dell's DPA for financing (or use a cc, of course).
