I, like many others, have also sent in a quote request =) I didn't give a full address or phone number as I didn't see this request for information, that is found on page 4 of this forum topic. I just read your first post initially. Might be worth editing your first post, with this info, so that people don't have to dig too much to insure they are providing you with all the right information.

I also sent an email before I read through the thread, so I didn't send it in the preferred format (though I followed up with the requested info soon after). Are Allan and company still accepting online quote requests? I only sent my email yesterday afternoon, so I am willing to wait if that is the case.

I think Allan deals with quote requests via Email only - not PM on NBR. I think you can find his email at the start of the thread......

Yes, steviejones is right. We were receiving quote requests to my email. Right now we are still peding some final touches to begin all over again with the quote and sales assistance.
EDIT:
While we set up correctly the procedure for new system quotes. Everyone who might be interested in upgrading your systems. That is something we can still process. Send me your technical questions about possible upgrades to find what is best for your system. Part upgrades as well as system contract extensions are still open. -
I sent you a quote request several weeks ago but never received a response so I ended up purchasing a Sager. However, there now seems to be a significant delay on the Sagers and I would really like to get a computer ASAP, hopefully before the start of school.
How soon will you have quotes going out? -

Mine is taking forever. Over 2 weeks; (12 business days). They called today saying that the credit was completed yesterday which it wasn't. My credit card limit updates in almost real time through my bank's online banking site.
Edit: Allen got in contact with me to clear things up regarding my refund. -

Dell india told me that alienware m14x r2 will be available atleast by june end and that starting price will be about 85k(that is about 1400$ even with current conversion rate).

It's absolutely retarded buying from Dell India. Their m17x which was only recently available costs around $3000 not inclusive of the crazy Indian taxes, for a ridiculously sub-par configuration. Not to mention that the newer hardware isn't even available, but if it were I'm sure at that price point, we could just as easily import two such equally configured laptops from the US. I have NO idea whatsoever how Dell expects to conduct such business in India through their online Alienware site/portal. Such a joke... *sigh*
