    Also, I am trying to set up a small team of agents who will be able to log in here a couple hours a day to answer quick questions anyone might have.

    I will continue with the quotes and the customer contacts.

    To the ones I have not replied, I see your emails comming in every couple minutes, will get to them today if possible.

    Yep. Seems so thus far. I have someone on the case though - looking into the possibility of extending this type of "scheme" for those outside Allan's catchment area.....would be good if we could get a similar system to Allan's set up for EMEA customers. Will keep this thread updated with progress.

    Great work for CA & US though Allan, keep up the good work! :)

    haha. Welcome to the overwhelming world of social media, Allan. Great to have you around. You are going to have to scale some heads in to help you (as I saw you mentioned in a subsequent post already). But in the meantime, forgive me for laughing. It makes me feel better to have someone join me in the awesome world of customer engagement and infinite work streams.

    Just to update all on this. Allan's boss is looking at this now. I think he sees the value in NA, so hopefully he can get that point across to his counterparts in EMEA.

    From my very first computer being a Precision desktop 486, to my first laptop an Inspiron, to my first XPS M1210(all of which are still working btw) and now my very first Alienware. You guys are really making it hard to switch from Dell. I'm sure I could have bought a similar machine elsewhere however you can't replace that impeccable customer service.

    Believe me I am. I just finished 56 quotes in 8 hours and 3 calls with technical system processes. That is a record. I am off for tonight and had only 10 quotes left which will have to wait till tomorrow.

    Due to the high volume of emails, asking the same question.

    Sandy Bridge will ship on every single computer ordered before Ivy comes out. Until Ivy is on our configurator and we configure the system with Ivy, it will not ship out with Ivy.

    So if you place an order with Sandy, you will receive Sandy. :)

    I was hoping and along with alot of other people that if you ordered an m14xr2, m17xr4 and m18xr2 that they will ship with ivy as they are the new 2012 refresh models!
