From my very first computer being a Precision desktop 486, to my first laptop an Inspiron, to my first XPS M1210(all of which are still working btw) and now my very first Alienware. You guys are really making it hard to switch from Dell. I'm sure I could have bought a similar machine elsewhere however you can't replace that impeccable customer service.

Due to the high volume of emails, asking the same question.
Sandy Bridge will ship on every single computer ordered before Ivy comes out. Until Ivy is on our configurator and we configure the system with Ivy, it will not ship out with Ivy.
So if you place an order with Sandy, you will receive Sandy. -
