    Is Landfall still expected? Lol.

    Intel seems to be falling behind on their 'tick-tock' cycle with Calpella. Heck, Montevina was delayed a month and released in July last year. And now it's September so that's a few more months.

    I hope Sandy Bridge gets released on time though in Q4 2010, along with the mobile variant which is suppose to be released at the same time as the architecture. But at this rate, it'll end up 6 months behind schedule too. They'll miss a tick, or tock, soon. Wth?

    What's the big rush for Intel? Why rush when they can take their time? AMD is obviously quite far behind them so they really don't have any competition to push them.

    I do prefer a smaller system, but if it doesn't have ATI cards or core i7 etc, I am not sure if it'll be worth it to retrun.

    Just another thought about the release....

    They have the photo with other desktops. So, those desktops are going to be new with new hardware.

    If the laptop is in the "stable" with the desktops, then it would seem that the refresh would have the same hardware, right?
