You could just PM someone your order number and have them call for you. It's all that is needed to check the status.

Your order has been delayed again and we need your permission today to continue
processing your order or it will be automatically canceled
(as required by the Federal Trade Commission).

 

I am pretty sure that you will actually get it this time
What was your order date ? i believe they will be shipping according to the order date...

 

My order date was 1/17.. as in January.. lol. I am cracking up.

Hi guys, finaly I am in boxing as well! At least I'll be happy for one day 'cause if they anounce the 5870 tomorrow, I know that I'll have to return it and reorder with the new cards, which means more waiting.

another FYI that may help you all... I received the delay cancellation email at around 12:08 AM this morning, which I immediately replied "continue" at around 1AM. Maybe the quick response bumped me up in the line?

damn. i'm ordered 2/2 and still in production. on another note, i got a response from when i emailed the board of directors:

well, i think all this means is that i'm getting a status update, i'll be emailing them to ask for a gpu upgrade. after waiting for 5 weeks. if it does ship on the promised 3/5 date.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get the unit once it's in boxing?

On another note, I still plan on emailing upper management on this whole process. I am perfectly sympathetic to part shortages but proper expectations should have been given at some point in my process.

 

just to clear something up i hate all of you but im happy for you at the same time im glad people who orderd before me are getting there systems and pro aswell i hope they move me to boxing somtime soon but i bet i missed this weeks batch and will have to wait till next

I was in boxing for 3 days before it was shipped, which seems to be pretty standard from what I've read.

So i woke up this morning and i was reading up on all the comments. I was getting pissed off that some were in boxing today. So i called the number and it told me i am in the boxing stage!

After 43 day i am in boxing, its about damn time.

I'm still "In Production". So no doubt I'll get another update tonight pushing it back another week.

I'd be so mad if they canceled it while it was just put into boxing.

 

10th million call and i tried to call my rep suprise no response... Still in build maybe if i wish hard enough it will happen!

 

I just got a call from my customer care rep's manager to tell me my order was being built and should ship within 72 hours. I said thank you, but was thinking I was waay ahead of him

 

I'm still in the production stage too! But at least I have my existing unit to tide me over.

yep, I saw the delay come through on the website early Sat morning (3am PST), then I got the delay action required email at 12:08 this morn (Monday), replied continue at 1am, received conf email at 4:29am, and checked the phone status around 6:30am at whch point I was in boxing...

 

A gaming laptop definitely counts as a "Toy" in men's eye's... it IS a big deal and worthy of obsession

Remind her it's better to be obsessed with a laptop than another woman - lol
