Hope this guy is the real deal, mine is still in production EDD of Monday though, this would really help me stay sane for the next week.

So, I think still no change there, same status as 2 weeks a go.

 

I'm in UK, my order is being shipped. I got a call this morning asking me if tomorrow (18th feb) between 08 and 13:00.

I was no way one of the first to order ( a couple of days after it appeared on the site) and i was just wondering if anyone elses is being shipped, because i haven't seen anyone else mention that theirs is... ?

05/02/2010 - so it took 10 days for it to get "Shipped" status.

 

'In production' does not change until it ships, you have to call them to see the stages of 'in production' like build,test,boxing etc...

 

No more news of that dude who recieved the m11x?

maybe just fake ! pfff!

 

I ordered on the 4th, but had to cancel and reorder at the 12th. Not going to expect mine anytime soon.

 

I was shocked this morning to see delivery prep as the status. The EDD has now changed to 2/20 which is impossible but at least there seems to be some progress finally.

 

I can't say for sure, but it went into production pretty fast, so i would guess at about 6-7 days.

i mean how long did it last in the in production stage before shipping if you know? i hope as i ordered on the 10th and you ordered on the 5th mine comes in 5 days

 

I am in California and I ordered 2/2/2010. I just called the automated line and the status there is shipped!!! Yipee!! Will see when it actually arrives now. Fingers are crossed that this is not a mistake.

Okay guys i need help. So i m in Ireland when i check the site all i get is in production no more info. When i ring up they tell me thats all they know and wont tell me anything else at all, like nothing. Where are you guys getting all this info from for your orders?

 

I meant it was in production stage for about 6-7 days And from the date it went into shipping (15th) it will have taken 3 days to get to me from that date. Sorry if i was confusing.

I had an estimated date of the 25th, i was very shocked when i got a call this morning.

 

Although I have a EDD of 3/17, I think my system might ship next week.

 

I just gave them a call and they are saying that it is still in production due to lack of parts, so they are waiting. Thanks popy for the advise to call directly.

 

Confirmed. Some current orders are "in process" due to a shortage of power cords. I would never have thought this, since I expected this to be standard part that they could take from common stock for other device builds but the M11x cord is unique to the build. No way to know how many orders are impacted, but the cord is the current problem.

Glad to see these started moving. Mine hasnt changed, still says EDD 3/10 and is not actually in production.

 

Did you order in the morning, afternoon, or evening?

 

I am surprised mine went so fast perhaps due to the fact I had dell DPA payment and called for the order confirmation e-mail because I didn't receive it right away after order. The rep probably "pushed" my order because he e-mailed the confirmation before I got another order confirmation.

 

FYI - no update on yours either.

 

For the guys that got theirs shipped in the states, did you all have a custom name plate of left it blank?

 

Hello everyone. I've been stalking this page since the 4th obsessively waiting for my order to arrive. I just called Dell and they confirmed that my order is built and is now in the testing phase. My order should ship in the next few days. The strange thing is that my online status still says the 11th of March. Looks like they are a bit ahead of schedule.

neurowebby, did you have to talk to someone or did you find out through the automated system?

My EDD is 3/4 (with overnight shipping) and the automated service says that I'm still in the build stage. Seems odd for people with such later EDDs to be getting their systems so much sooner.

I ordered on Feb 1, and it's been In Production (almost immediately afterwards) since then.

I have EDD of March 4th. I've called Dell, and they just say it'll be here by or before the EDD.
