    That's pretty cool. If you do get it early next week, that will be roughly a two week turnaround. It looks like they're beginning to catch up on the orders. I'll probably order next week, so it'll be interesting to see how quickly I get it.

    How are you guys being bumped up early? I ordered on the 2/17 and im still having an EDD of 3/22...I called and im currently in build stage right now. Are you calling your reps to get it quicker??

    i never called the rep once. I only called the nice automated lady every day for about 3 times a day. :D Ordered on 2/11 and delievered on 2/25

    No, I just ordered and I got an email the 25th saying my EDD is the 16th march but that there might be a good chance that it'll arrive sooner. (I ordered mine in Belgium, maybe that makes a difference?)

    If dell has personally told you your covered and transferred the warranty to your name then I guess your good. Until that happens, I would not make any assumptions.

    eekk!, is tracking down, or they cancelled my order?

    Tracking tells me that "No Order was found that met the search criteria.". Was in production stage before.

    EDD is: 03/09 Order date was: 02/19. :confused:

    I canceled my first one on 2/20 because I ordered the wrong HDD. I reordered it later that same day and received an email stating it should arrive by 3/19. I paid using my DPA and when I log into my account, it only shows 1 order which is the one I canceled. However, when I go to the most recent confirmation email I received from Dell and click on the order details, it has everything confirmed to be delivered by 3/22. Should I be concerned that my current order does not pull up online under my account when logged in, but it does pull up from the confirmation email that I received?

    Thank you very much for clarifying that BatBoy! My system is slated to arrive tomorrow and I double checked with Dell that the hold was removed from the money in my account and it indeed it was. Can't wait for tomorrow!

    PS - I took a look at the form and it seems Dell really made the process as simple and painless as possible! Just scan for service tag and enter new owner info, definitely a nice change from AWs old policies.

    I am still in perpetual build - ordered on 2/5 with an EDD of 3/5 (by the automated system) or 3/8 (by my online status). I guess there is no method to their madness.

    Wazz, call the build status phone number. Mine disappeared from the tracking system too last Weds, it turned out they'd replaced my order and it pushed the EDD back 9 days... >.< When I called the build status number after I couldn't track online it directed me through to customer services, so give yours a try.

    anyone recall how long they were in boxing phase before it actually shipped? the forum faq says about 3-4 days? is that also accurate with the m11x?

    Mine still say's
    "Current Status: Order received
    Estimate Delivery Date: We have received your order. It may take up to 3 business days for your estimated delivery date to be available. Please check this page again to view your estimated delivery date. "

    Last i spoke to my rep which was Friday he said at least 3 weeks .

    Ha, so i had a theory... I cancelled my order that was originally placed on 2/5/10. I re-ordered the same day. Same exact config, i did this on friday morning. And guess what, The darn thing says it shipped. Fedex tracking info set to arrive tuesday. Anyone stuck in production and ordered early just cancel and you will get it soon. Friggin BS i know but it worked.
