Tried that version and the LV2Go one and both install with the colors completely messed up and no access to control panel in Windows 7 :(

Dox is also still reliably crashing EVERY DAM RUN at the end of GPU test 2

God I am frustrated tonight :(

Definitely going to do more of these outside runs though haha

the Guru3D one needs an INF with the GTX 280m device ID added. I tried all 3 and had no success, all had color problem and all had control panel issues. I also noticed the flickering.

here is the color issue for those confused:
    Before
    http://i49.tinypic.com/2ch0w2g.jpg

    After:
    http://i45.tinypic.com/2ptnvx2.jpg

I also tried my own INF and it had the same issuse. I took a screenshot while the colors were all off and looked at it with a working driver again and it looked fine. So it seems to be something about how the video cards are talking to the monitor. The computer thinks it is working normally.

I have run the Dox setup.exe with Vista copatibility Mode. After reboot you can see the Control Panel in that damn flickering screen. When you turn SLI on is that Control Panel hanging. After Reboot the same sh...

lol. I get that screen as well. :)

but if you want a temp fix. Disabled sli and reboot. Then boot into it. Then do what ever you want to do in nst. Then enable sli. And then nst will freeze. Then run what ever you want.

Possibly, there is still plenty more to try including over-volting....right now I'm trying to get my 3DMark06 score up. I like keeping extra bullets for the competition.

    OK I'll bite, what's a good score?

It would be nice if more 4870 owners joined in. Over the summer I had the 12K mark and Scook pushing me to keep going. Right now there's no one willing.

    Lucky 14's ;)

with a overvolt and the ac vent like mine will let you clock insanely high ... You need more air pushing in the cool it better.

I have no doubt these will hit 14k easy with that
