That is tricky. After install, i have no nTune in NV Panel. In Startmenu of win7 is a Nvidia Entry > New Shortcut. Than opened a NV Panel with nTune.

EDIT: I think, my original Dell 186.64 driver had a older NV Panel.? Deinstall is now working.

Thats so boring. I found no good drivers for 06 under win7.

With 186.91 looks graphic/cpu test 1 and 2 good. But the graphis test 3 and 4 is bad. Graphis test 3 under vista 100fps avg.. win7 90.

Anyone a tip for me? I test now batboys.

I have not tested 06 nearly as much as Vantage, but found 186.24 to give me the best score in Windows 7 thus far. Got the score in my sig, nothing special, but my best so far

2008 is much better. The server products are only faster because most unneeded services are off.

I agree mandrake, however I just did some benchmarking with server 2003 and windows 7 and 2003 got 80 pts more then 7 :O

imo, for an os that isnt officially supported by alienware/dell, thats very impressive

New record (for me anyways?) for M17x stock (with GTX 280m SLI) in Vantage

    P10416
    http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dmv=1651696

The 182.67 drivers have been giving me consistent scores that are pretty good at stock clocks. For Overclocked I have been getting stutter so can't draw any conclusions there yet.

haha, Don thought you were supposed to have that new CPU in by now?

And yes, your CPU was overclocked, I have not been doing runs with OC on CPU and none on GPU but I am certain that the OC helped your graphic score

But the stock speed of yours (2.5) and mine (2.53) is nearly the same, YAY for threaded optimizations!

I would say over 20 runs I always had the GPU score 95% of the time over 10300

true, the memory is also ddr2 vs ddr3 for what that is worth

The long and short of it, is the CPU flat out affects the GPU score and performance ;)

It shows 1001 MB because that is how much video memory is available to the program. Currently, the way that SLI works, the exact same set of data is mirrored in the memory of both cards. So only the capacity of one card worth of data is actually used at a time.

    Hope this helps
