I tryed to do a screenshot but using the Print sreeen botton the result is a black screenshot. What software do you use to do a screenshot of your result? -

you should be able to break 3000 on the cpu score. the highest dual core recod is e-wrecked both for vantage and 06 in dual core runs.

Ok done i think

Hi again and sorry for my OT. I read some more rules and I see that I have to use thumbnail when posting my result. My question is how can i do a thumbnail if I upload on my ftp? Do I have to upload a thumbnail too? /OT
-
If you have the pic locally you can use the attach feature under the "Go Advanced" section when posting. That will create the thumbnail.
-
nvidia physx off , is driver 186.82 much better then 81?
-
and my screenres. was 1280 sorry fixed it later but score is always low even at 640 by 480
Edit found it -
Why is the Q9100 so cheap on ebay? Would this be a good upgrade from a T9600 for performance?

For games not much or nothing at all

I can't get pass 3.22x Ghz...Sorry, I don't know how to make it look small. I use IMAGESHACK, can sometimes tell whats the correct size to post.

well you have to get it really cold first
then you will need to bump the multi some while still boosting the fsb alot -

cookinwitdiesel Retired Bencher
35c is too warm...to go past 3.25 you need like 17-22c idle (via cold outside air or an AC unit)
That is how Mandrake is doing it, he lives in Chicago haha. They have COLD right now -
-
So my cpu is to warm too! Now its @ 2.95 and in idle the temperature its around 38C (100F) -
cookinwitdiesel Retired Bencher
ya, in a room temp room, dont expect any OC records. For extreme OC'ing, the extreme cold is not to protect the CPU (-200c is just as safe for it as +30c) it is to make the atoms sit stiller allowing for faster current meaning faster switching times for the transistors meaning higher stable frequencies
-
I like the sucking rocks through a straw analogy better.
-
he he some one switched CPU's on my .... my bad
-
cookinwitdiesel Retired Bencher
we were talking qx9300's unless I am mistaken Moo
-
Once you idle temps hit 70C it's time to go outside or add better cooling.

overclocked but i am on my junky os. it weird how my junky os accepts 3.07 but my benchmarking doesnt....
any thoughts??? -
some service is keeping actually stable
-
dondadah88 Notebook Nobel Laureate
no no no... i just remembered that i use mandrakes thing on my normal os but never tried it on my benchmarking os.....
i will try it now. and see if it works again. but it seems that 3.07 is the max i can get. i tried 3.2ghz but it bsod..... -

BTW, the bios reports my T9900 having a multi of 12...another "bug".Attached Files:
-
-
dondadah88 Notebook Nobel Laureate
there is a sli\quad bug with it lowering your gpu score. that's why
-
Well here is my T9900 OC'ed to 3.5Ghz. Still not as high as your proc at 3.07Ghz. Must be part of the bug.
Attached Files:
-
-
nope.
you should see how much higher the 6 core chips score over the 4 core ones.... -
dondadah88 Notebook Nobel Laureate
the bug is only with quad/sli. crossfire isn't affected and dual cores isn't affected. i would have to doo some test to show you.
here is a great example. except my dual is clocked alittle higher.
this bug is only with 06 -
Ok but if we are both running dual core that means no bug. Your CPU score posted earlier was much higher, or was that not yours?
