Might as well have bought a T9900 if your quad is giving you that much of an issue.

i wonder why sli doesn't scale as well as crossfire???

i was thinking overclocked gpu crossfired/sli'd and overclocked cpu. i'll run in dual core again.

we ran stock gpu and stock cpu just a while ago with dual gpus.

nice. what cpu did you have in your m1730?

could of pushed the cpu hard as it was only at 3.06ghz but because that would of required more testing and i would have to reinstall the old doxdrivers since they had a better overclock, i gave up. lol

running it in quad would have gave me an extra 1,600 points

Would have been more fun doing this if your quad was fully operational. Since I hit 17.6 with my old system and 17.4 now it would have been close.

I wish it's like that over here in N. Cali. We have to wait at least another month or so..but it won't hit the digits where you are going , neither where Mandrake is at. Plus, my QX9300 is gone.

    Dudes,
I am still CPU hunting, and don't want to rush into a bad deal.

So, what's the general O.C. view on the Q9200? There's a few here in U.K., with 'unlocked multipliers'. Any good?
