    Alex my bet is that yours will ship Monday. Just my guess, cause I ordered a few days before you, and I received a call saying mine should be shipped Friday or Monday. SO its very plausible yours would be on the same plane as mine/sleeyo. But that guy ordered on the 8th and his is shipped...So hes just damn lucky.

    What shipping did you get? Also kcissem, boxing can last a long time. Mandrake was in it for 5 days until his went to shipping so we shouldn't just say that whoever is in boxing will be shipping in a day or 2. Though i wish we could ;)

    i got 3-5 day shipping. And yeah i just checked yesterday and they said boxing so it might of been in that stage for much longer

    Many of us are in the same mindset. But lets not forget those who got screwed by international stuff. So...No more just shoving it in the face that we will separated by a few days, though yes I wish i had mine. They are getting hit with much worse than a few days in boxing. Sorry Europeans+Canadians...or just non Americans!

    so guys i have another question. You know how the m17 and the old m17x came with like a hat and stuff, does the new one come with that? and does it come with an alienware external keyboard and mouse because the automated service said the boxing stage was when they box them up with the manuals and keyboard and mouse. And also i remember seeing a new line of alienware keyboard and mouse and i was wondering if those were the ones that maybe came with it.

    Alex, sorry to say it does NOT come with an external keyboard or mouse. IT will come with the hat+mouse+manual+sleeve every alienware laptop comes with. Mouse and keyboard I assume will be available at a later time.

    Hm Well you could call up dell and try to talk to a rep, granted it depends on who you talk to. I would take that as the next course of action. You are in the build stage correct?

    Well I've been in pre-production for 2 weeks, than the order was cancelled by Dell, re-ordered today, cancelled by Dell again and now production!.

    I guess anything can happen. But I do hope Dell gets things sorted out.

    Mine was about the same as sleeyos, went into boxing at the same time which was cool. Some people have had it quicker, some shorter. I would say..range of..8-15 days? My guess from what I have seen here. Sleeyo, do they deliver on saturday's if people have next day shipping? I assume no?

    Fedex offers Sat delivery for a fee, but dell does not offer the option to pay for it.

    Personally, I would have got the 260s in SLI if you upgraded all the other stuff aka dvd drive/hard drive/processor. In SLI you would see a nice performance increase.

    In the US:
    Ups doesn't deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

    Dell uses FedEx anyway. They don't pay for Saturday delivery though and FedEx doesn't deliver on Sunday.

    Don't know about other countries.

    (I am pretty sure about this information and I am sure other people will correct me even if they weren't going to answer your question directly.)

    PC's will always have better graphics than consoles.

    Crysis - medium settings on pc will blow away any PS3/360's titles.

    I ordered mine on the 11th and I've been on Boxing stage since tuesday. Is there any chance it might come next week? Or is this the kinda thing where "Who the HECK knows?"

    This will be my first laptop EVER and I am super duper excited.
