    I need a better desk, and i should clean up a little. I love the new monitor. Samsung 2443bwx. And the macbook has been great too. I had an ipod touch for 4 months then gave it to my sister. I had an 1st gen iPhone for 1 month then gave it to my dad. So i'll use the mini for now.

    We have similar life style, I play music too and i have 4 guitars ranging from Gibson ES 175 through to Ibanez GB10, Ibanez GB200, and a Spanish nylon string guitar.

    Safari 3.1.2 :) it came with our iMac 3.06Ghz. We just added 2 more Gig but had to replace the 2 x 1 gig ram stick with 2 x 2 gigs.

    Is a mac like Microsoft Vista? I mean when i watch movies or listening to music will it get cached and put on temporary folders like Vista does?

    If it does i will need a good history killer so my wife wont know what i get up to lol. She thinks i am a good hubby and i am different to other men hahahha.

    How did your Macbook not go to sleep when you closed it and ran it from an external? Every time I tried running mine on an external I had to leave it open.

    You can run a program called "Insomniax" or you can close the lid (which puts the system to sleep), and then wake it up with an external mouse/keyboard.

    Aless's MacBook Air in all it's glory (Windows just bsod'ed, psh, that's what I get for using Windows haha). Now that my MacBookPro is refusing to co-operate with me, I guess I will have to share this. Hmm... first impressions? I desperately want to bang my fists on the keyboards because of the horrific lag, but I can't. :p

    btw, I apologise about the picture quality, I just took it with my creaking nokia 6270.
