That doesn't count! We couldn't even see around the notebook. You just took a picture of the notebook itself. :D

Sure I only took a picture of the notebook itself because I'm too poor to buy any other accesories. :D (Well .. ok I forgot to add the charger, sorry) :p You want to know what's around the notebook? Probably just some girlie books that I have no interest in whatsoever and work related papers *yawn*.

Nice setup! I have always been wondering how you get the dock onto your external monitor, because when I went to do it, there was no setting, plus I couldn't figure it out! Thanks

System prefs > Displays > Arrangment > then you will see a little white bar on one blue blocks representing displays, just drag it over and that will move your dock over.

I want to get a mstand but I can't find anyone in Canada that sells them, and I don't want to order online because then I will get stuck with duty.

Theres only a couple of places that sell them in canada, one i think is london drugs (based on west coast i think), and theres one more, a google search for mstand canada will find it.

Though, I've looked before, and it may just be easier to order from the states, cause theyre around 80~ iirc (either that or more).

Microsoft makes a 360 vga cable. you ca also get adapters to convert from hdmi to dvi. or you can get a box that will convert component to vga.

many monitors now have hdmi inputs, and some in the past had componenrt inputs.

    so yea, lotsa options

Oh I see! :p It used to be a pretty active thread, but it slowly died down... Many people have had school and have had to slow down on NBR to focus on their studies, so that might explain a couple of them. :p

ok those are good machines! i also like sony vaio. both are 13.3"? The sony seems to be a little bit smaller, specially the display bezel and it seems to have a smaller footprint..

Good man. your threads were very cool haha
