I tried 650/1600/1050 so far with stock drivers. I know Soviet had his 680/1700/1020 stable, I will try more later. I think the 285M will do 15,000. Also using ELeetTune.

So you mean maybe the GTX 280M is better than the Mobility HD 5870?

I actually took all the stickers off... I know what's inside, and it helps with the stealth appearance. ;) Only the intel one left any residue, and that was very minimal and came off easily with a little spit.

The little stickers don't bother me - just that big one.

I took it off and it came off with zero issues ;)

mandrake, I have my 920xm installed, give me a quick run down of how to tweak this guy.

what do those bios settings do when you enable extreme ? TDP or something.

What program are you using to OC the processor in windows?

     Brilliant!

I hope sleey0 finds out that he has unlocked bios options for the i7620.

I really wish there was a way to O/C the i7 without having to buy the 920!

ebay, my 720 is on there. 920 isnt much fast in 3dmark without clocking it up or tweaking it..

I still haven't tried to open this thing.

Thing is, the 620 and 720 are so similar in performance I'm not sure it's worth the hassle. lol

It won't be. Until you bring the 620 and G73 to their knees with a wicked O/C. :p :p (assuming the 620 unlocks bios settings)

The 620 isn't an extreme proc so there won't be any nice oc'ing like the 920.

    That I know for sure.

Looking at the overclocks drake is getting, I'd say it's worth it, maybe... Also consider you can get a couple hundred for your 720 on ebay to offset the cost.
