What the? I went to sleep and woke up to 14 new pages in this thread. Let's see..status...status...status. Nope, still in pre-production now for 18days.

 

I have only become excited again because of all of the Boxing and Testing stages popping up giving me hope again.

 

yeah she said i was in build too...but idk ill call again later, it just might not have updated yet...9am cst is just a guess...i dont think anyone really knows when it updates

 

Wow 18 days is a long time...especially to still be in the pre-production stage. You can assume at least 5 days for build so you got another week, at least.

 

I didn't check yet... will do in a few min...

While I was driving to work, 3 more pages popped up on this thread. This is the most activity I have seen on any thread in any forum on any site. Unfortunately not a single post since late last night mentioned anything new regarding status changes.

Yes there have been, one person mentioned that as of this morning they were in the Testing stage.

 

I thought it was at 9 A.M. cst but i recieved my latest update at 7 A.M. so there goes my 9 theroy!!

 

I am going into chat with a a dell rep right now...well let you all know what I find.

 

Ah, thats cool. I was in a hurry, so I blasted through many posts before I went to work.

It is official they are shipping!!! Per the Dell rep, some customers have already started receiving them!!!

I called a little after 10 PM last night and heard I went from build to boxing.

 

LOL.... at the Manufacturing plant.... in Malaysia ....

 

I think it updates every morning... EXCEPT when you go into boxing. Thats been my theory for awhile. .... No one has proven me wrong yet....

 

so i just got done on dell chat...the dude put in a request for my order to be expedited...so hopefully that goes through. How are yall getting to a xps rep? link please? haha I want to see what they tell me

 

Go through the purchase of an XPS system and keep your eye out on the right column and it will show up, Chat with an XPS rep...something like that.

 

You should've asked about your specific order (and see if they could pull up any extra info). LOL...

 

I have tried that and everytime it takes them 5+ mins to give me the same info that shows up on my account.
