Woo just bought Oblivion. Have it on the 360 and've completed all the guilds n' all, but got bored of the main questline.
Might be easier with a mouse and keyboardCan't wait to check out the DLC stuff included too.
There are soo many mods. It's so confusing.
-
This sale ends on monday right?
-
-
Aye, I've got all the achievements on the 360 bar those of the main questline.
I'll do it all on the laptop now, justt...400mb left. Finally! Been downloading for 5hours. -
I am not sure this is a Steam Deal since it's been this price for a while.
But Jericho is $4.99 and bought it myself. This is a great game and incredibly underrated. -
WOAHHHHHH
Crysis and Crysis Warhead today....
looks like a week of EA dealz ahead
OPEN WALLETS AT THE READY -
cool. I got Crysis Maximum edition when they had their christmas sale for $13.xx w000t
-
-
^ very true although I haven't had a problem playing it on my M11x. I figure though the 64-bit would perform slightly better.. and anything helps!
-
-
-
it's included as MP.. I know it's with the maximum edition.. actually I think it's included with Warhead but not crysis alone.
-
-
it's a separate game you install on steam "crysis wars"
-
I'd stay away from the Cysis packages Steam is currently offering. They come with 3rd Party DRM (SecuRom) that only allows for 5 total installs with no possible way of resets. I almost jumped on the deal until I saw that.
Anyway, here is the remaining EA Week lineup on Steam:
Monday: Crysis
Tuesday: Military (Battlefield) Day
Wednesday: Command & Conquer
Thursday: Racing Day (Need For Speed, Burnout)
Friday: Dead Space, Mirror's Edge, Spore
Saturday: Mass Effect
Sunday: Dragon Age
Personally, I am having a hard time deciding what to buy this week, but Mass Effect on Saturday seems to be my first choice. -
Crysis and Crysis Warhead is enticing for only 19.99 - Good way to stress the system that's for sure.
-
How I wish I had waited two more weeks before purchasing the same pack for $29.99. Nonetheless, the good times were worth it.

EA Game Authorization Management Tool
Go to this site for revoking installations before uninstalling them -
im so getting dead space
Love that game missed it at christmas, anything less than 10$ and I'm in
Might grab shift if theres a good deal
BTW, drm or not, crysis max for 20$ is sweet, its 30 here or I would have grabbed it -
-
just used it and it worked, only for warhead though, there is nothing for crysis.
-
32-bit only for Crysis on Steam? Is that "permanent" or is it possible for Steam to release an update that allows for 64-bit?
-
-
Steam EA sale day 2
Battlefield 2:Complete Collection - $14.99
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 - $33.49
DogFighter - $12.74 -
Thats a good deal for bad company 2, but why is medal of honor 60 bucks!!?
-
-
-
Dam
I didn't even know
Info like that should be listed, where it can be seen easily
Thanks for the heads up, I'll look at retail then
Can't wait to grab Dead Space
Missed it at Xmas -
I bought Crysis Maximum Edition on Steam while it was $20, and here's what I've found with regards to 32-bit and 64-bit versions:
Firstly, the original Crysis doesn't come with a Bin64 folder, while Wars and Warhead do. These 64-bit versions seem to work fine, too. However, I have found that launching Warhead via Crysis.exe in Bin64 launches the 32-bit version instead, while launching Crysis64.exe seems to work fine. This is a little weird, because I've heard it reported that this doesn't work.
In addition, I've found that if you add the proper Bin64 from the retail version of Crysis to the installation of the original Crysis, you will be able to run 64-bit also. -
^ well that makes it easy.. thanks for that note lackofcheese. So if I want to play crysis in 64bit on my steam, just extract the bin64, gotcha.
repped! and edited -
You're not supposed to talk about illegal activities in these forums, so you might want to edit your post. My post was very carefully worded with that in mind.
Also, I had to swap the Bin64 and Bin32 folders in the original Crysis for 64-bit to work (I know it's 64-bit that's running because Task Manager says its Crysis64.exe and doesn't have the *32 label. I'm not entirely sure why this is necessary, but I'm guessing it's some kind of authentication issue. -
Burnout is for $7.49, does anyone think it is still worth it?
-
edit: well he just gifted me it :\ i'll let you know if you want -
Cheers -
with regards to keyboard i don't think any racing game should be played with it, but i played it 2 years ago on it and it was fine.
a good buy for the price... -
Looking forward to my first racing game. -

new deals now:
Mirror's Edge $4.99
Dead Space $9.99
Spore $26.79
Spore: Creepy and Cute Parts Pack $13.39
Spore: Galactic Adventures $20.09
or
Spore: Complete Pack $60.27
All great games, all good deals. Though I didn't expect Spore to still be so high in price.
Anyways, I was hoping that there would be a deal on Dragon Age, but still nothing....well, I can wait til tomorrow
edit: just saw the front page of the thread, Dragon Age day on sunday =) -
I was hoping Dead Space would be 7.50 like at Christmas, or at least 10
I would have got it without thinking for 10
But 15 is a little high for me ATM
You guys are so lucky, you have it for 10, its 15 here
Reigonal changes blow -
-
-
-
I know
15s a good deal, but I was hoping for a good deal on Dragon Age or ME2 so I was kinda saving for that
Not sure, but Still I got 23 hours to decide -
-
delete please.. just re-read.
-
Is Mirror's Edge recommended, even if you've got ATI cards? I'm planning on getting a M17x-R2 with Xfire 5870s but don't want to miss a good sale now if the game is still decent without PhysX.
Have to say I simply love these Steam deals. -
Got it for 5 at xmas
Short game but totally worth it
Its in a genre of its own, and looks good even without PhysX
If you're looking for something new, definitely check it out -
Sounds kind of Portal (short, worth it, genre of its own). Sold.
Sigh. Wasn't really planning on buying any games before I at least ordered a new laptop, but when Steam calls... -
You could say kinda like portal I guess, but the visuals are much sharper and crisper
