    The difference between Borderlands and Borderlands GOTY is just the access key to the duke nukem club? I think Ill purchase the regular one and then the DLC pack, what u guys reckon? 75% off XD.

    The difficulty scales with the amount of players. The more, the harder it gets and more fun :)

    Does anyone know whether the DLCs that come with GOTY have securom? I know that individually, some of them do, which is why I have been holding off. Yet, on Steam does not say whether the GOTY DLCs contain securom. I already have Borderlands, but I guess I don't mind getting GOTY for $7.50 if the DLCs don't have securom.

    Borderlands DLCs do not have Securom. For whatever reason, the DLC installers require activation, but the files themselves do not. You can literally copy/paste your Borderlands folder from an installation with DLC on it into one that does not, and you will have fully functional DLC.

    I'm pretty disappointed with Steam right now.. I purchased Magicka on Wednesday without noticing the Complete Pack was on sale. I contacted support and managed to eventually get the game refunded for credit to put towards upgrading to the Complete Pack. By the time I managed to get that credit there were only a few hours left to purchase the game... but guess what: the Steam sales service goes down for the last 2 hours of the sale, right after I got the damned credit. So I lost the original game, can't buy what I wanted to, and now I have this $4.99 credit that's going to sit around until the next time....damn. Does anyone else agree that a company willing to take your money 24/7 should offer 24/7 support?
