This newer Operation Flashpoint is more like Call of Duty or Medal of Honor type gameplay. It's not nearly as involved as the original Op Flash or the true successor ArmA / ArmA 2. Although I actually like the new Operation Flashpoint games. Reminds me of the original, just less involved.

Singularity looks like a cross between Wolfenstein and Bioshock, although it did receive reasonable ratings from users.

Daily Deal - 18 Wheels of Steel: American Long Haul 66% off!
    USD 3.40.

Personally, I won't be getting this game even at that price...

And on a side note, Dragon Age 2 is on sale for 30 bucks on Direct2Drive.

Prepare your wallets people. This week's Ubisoft Week.

the first day: Prince of Persia Day!

    Prince of Persia: 6.79
    Sands of Time: 3.39
    Forgotten Sands: 6.79
    The Two Thrones: 3.39
    Warrior within: 3.39
    Complete Pack: 15

All in USD. Your price may vary depending on your region.

Mini Ninja for today's daily deal.

And it looks like 33% off for any Ubisoft game for this week regardless of whether they are in daily deals except IL-2 and ASSASSIN'S CREED BROTHERHOOD
    lol at the 2 exceptions.

    Edit: Thanks for the correction!

Just so you know, IL-2:Cliffs of dover is one game.

2nd day games are a disappointment:

    Settlers 7: $19.99

    Ruse: $14.99
    Ruse DLC: $3.49, $4.99

Hoping I can get a deal on Rainbow Six Vegas 2 this week.

You should wait for a pack. I bought for about 12$ an ubisoft pack including Call of juarez bound of blood, Assassins creed, Farcry 2 and Rainbow Six vegas 2. Ain't played yet, but it should be good. Only played farcry 2 from that pack, now that I think of it xD

I also picked it up from the ubisoft pack...

its okay - not really as tactical as other r6 games (only have two squadmates) but graphics (ut3) and attention to detail (e.g. there are two ways you can abseil down a building -front on or back on) is pretty good. But online, the game is hardly played.

Terrorist hunt (as always) is pretty good though!

Trackmania is an arcade racer, there's flips and loops and everything. :p
Trackmania Nations is the free version, you can try it to get a feel for the game and see if you like it. Trackmania United is the paid version on sale right now that adds more types of cars and races.

FarCry 1 and 2 is on sale!!

How are those games? I very long ago downloaded farcry 1 (shame on me) but didn't get very far before I for some reason had to format my laptop. I can't remember a single thing from that game.. Any ideas?

Both are very different games. FC2 is a sandbox. I find it a little repetitive (maybe just because I played it along Just Cause 2 on that time, JC2 being AMAZING) and addictive at the same time... just like Borderlands... you begin playing and can't drop it easily ;) ... if you can, buy it, you won't regret it, is a good game.

What I didn't played ever is FC1... should I buy it?

I suggest you skip farcry 1 because it gets really annoying when you have to fight the monster with rocket launchers and the lack of save points. Other than that the beginning is fun.

FC2 is pretty epic - as you said, a bit repetitive, but the choices in game, sandbox, graphics, atmosphere - see Africa in the sunset/sunrise!! Absolutely epic!

FC1 is pretty good, more stealthy mechanisms present, a bit frustrating at times

Agree with that 100%!!! I don't really think the repetitive factor is a bad thing. Diablo is repetitive, Borderlands is repetitive, and those are brilliant games!. You just can't stop playing. The first Diablo game was a "clicking machine"!. After a couple of million clicks you realize you've been doing the same thing for hours, but you're happy as hell, and next day you're anxious about doing the same thing AGAIN. Jajajaja

P.D.: Still waiting for the SplinterCell day!

P.D.2: Still waiting for Diablo 3!. C'mon Blizzard!
