Longest I've been up for was about 36 hours with short breaks for food and shower in between when I used to like runescape

Now I'm up for a short amount of time and take lots of naps ._. I feel ancient

 

runescape? really? i thought that game was played only with bots.

I have a friend on the EU server who wanna come play with me on the NA server, but we need a guest pass to the NA to test the latency first.

I have a SEA account, and therefor access to NA but gave both my passes away months ago.

AW CRAP 1 hour nap turned into a 6 hour sleep

Hey I beat you 4-3 yesterday

You won fair and square, I was not top game but not really playing much worse due to sleep since I actually and probably pretty awake.

I may just get back on here in a bit.

Got off the game so the room can cool down, and I have a really bad headache so took some alive.

If the room cools down and the headache goes away I will get on since I only have 2 hours to sleep before the kids are up I may as well not go to bed.

Its one of those headaches where your eye(s) feel like they are trying to pop out of your head. I hate it.

Oh and WTH out of 7 games I got terran 6 times? ::commits seppiku::

 

I was... Zerg twice, protoss then 4 terran iirc xD

That game where I was protoss I'd have to say I was cruel though

 

I dont like Terran, just feels limiting to me.

And I feel they depend on harrass a lot and I really really suck with harrass and macro at the same time. Im still needing to be looking at my base to keep it running even though I use hot keys for unit production I generally still click buildings.

I do hotkey barracks and command center but thats about it.

Yeah if you do not have enough production buildings and that is a bad habit of mine. When you killed me last game I had over 2500 minerals!

If I had 6 rax up I could have easily got marines to hold you off before your demolition force of mass reapers came in to ruin my day.

This headache may just be going away. Think ill get back on, but lets 2v2 of do some custom games.

edit: nvm i think bnet is messing up. I just did a 1v1 while waiting for you and the other guy lagged out but it treated the game as if we both dropped and the few people that were online in my list were not so I wonder if they got dropped.

gg's ill see if I can get some more in tomorrow night or something.

 

I really like terran. The few times I've played Protoss or Zerg I couldn't wrap my head around it. I know I'll have to spend more time with them though.

I had 4 rax going each with the reactor. When economy gets going I can crank out 8 marines with each "turn", and queing up to 32 units can leave you time to work on other things. I can't build maruders then but they are useless for the most part IMHO. Especially when you have enough marines that have upgraded armor.

But I'm really enjoying trying different things with terrans. Cloaked banshees are my new favorite toy. Require some micro to use effectively, but I can usually snipe SCV's relatively well with them, and harass enough to force their army back to their base to give me a reprieve. I tend to rush build banshees now, completely ignore bunkers and build a rax instead to block a path. Much more effective. A bunker should be damn near indestructible, and a pretty competitive defensive force, but they are destroyed all too easily.

What I like most about the terrans are their versatility. Base infantry units (marines of course) can attack ground or air. Base air unit (viking) can be effective against ground units with a little micro so can't be completely caught with their pants down if they aren't escorted. I am surprised how well the vikings can make short work of the collosus. Not to mention the ability to fly structures to safety and give yourself another chance.

Managed to go undefeated till Semis, then I got roflstomped by a really good Zerg and Terran player.

ugh tried 1v1 ladder today. its been over a month i think since i last did that.

I see why I started to play 2v2

Lost 6 in a row. All of them pretty close games where one or two things different could have won me the game but still.

Last time I laddered I usually went 1 win to 1 loss pretty even but 6 in a row is just crushing. Gets me all high strung too where losing 2v2 doesnt seem to have that same effect on me.

 

That is also the beauty of 1v1, it's all skill. best feeling to win!

 

Yeah I am in platinum and feel like I should be gold.

It keeps being mean and putting me up diamonds alot, but I did lose to a gold player today and thats just adding insult to injury.
