I think the full screen scaling issue was addressed and I haven't had any issues with a curser on the screen using my windows xbox controller.
I think the story gets better and better as the "stories" progress, 2nd fills in a lot and 3rd is amazing.......it took me those extra play-throughs to really appreciate what was been offered up and the complexity of the story, its up there as one of the best games I've played this year.

I'm having a hard time adjusting to the fact a $40 sticker pack is the #2 seller on Steam.

Out of the topic but can anyone here provide tips to improve latency/ping in online gaming. I don't understand why I'm getting above 100 ms ping in QUAKE CHAMPIONS while when I check my ping in speed test it's around 30 to 40 ms. Is the ping dependent on server distance from the client? Staying here in Saudi Arabia and the server in QC are @ US, EUR, SINGAPORE, no where near my area!

Will a gaming router help improve ping/latency in online competitive gaming? I'm willing to spend money on it if its worth it.

Unfortunately ping is dependent on a lot of factors, most outside of your control: distance from PC to server, speed/latency over said connection to server which is related to ISP and number of hops it takes, server end processing and network latency... there's only so much you can do on your PC end, which at best may result in ~ 5-10% improvement. There are paid services that are basically like a gaming VPN that use fast connections and use the fewest hops. I can't vouch for them personally, but might be worth a try if you really want to play.

Which VPN do you recommend? I might try one.

I can't recommend any because I'm not that familiar with them personally, only read and heard about them and likely different services in Saudi Arabia compared with USA.

Here's an example, but can't vouch for any of it. Sounds good in theory.

trying to figure out how to work around the hitching problem I have with Ghost Recon: Wildlands. I'm currently testing by dropping the resolution scale down to 0.9 and so far it's smooth: no hitching.....yet.

Playing Batman from Telltales. I really enjoy playing episodes-get up early before everyone else play an episode than go out and enjoy the summer day.

When I played it first time I found it to be boring, but recently been thinking about maybe giving it a second chance.

I really like it. It's no Witcher 3, but it's definitely better than I expected. Having fun with it. It takes a little bit to get going. Once you start branching out to disparate areas it gets better. I have to say it took me a bit to realize you could pretty much fast travel to any camp or major holding, and obvs the compass points. I think the one or two times I tried before it I was either in battle mode by accident which doesn't expose the option.

I picked up where I left off but honestly I didn't have many hrs invested. Didn't take long to realize what I was doing. I hadn't left the hinterlands yet, so it was somewhat early.

I got a free copy of Rebel Galaxy, so I played that a bit. Interesting little diversion.

Now I'm deep into Empyrion Galactic Survival. Similar in certain aspects to Space Engineers, but for some reason I find Empyrion to be more appealing.

I have a feeling that all of ubisoft's game engines are designed to just run a 30fps as GR:Wildlands is pretty smooth at 30fps but not as much at 60fps.

I liked 999 but got bored about a quarter way through VLR.

I completed all achievements on Ultra Despair Girls, then I did the same on the Vita/PSTV version. Only the third game where I've ever received a platinum trophy.

It's pretty sad that if there was an achievement for collecting all the thrones I might have sat there on the war board doing resource missions until I got lucky enough to get all the accessories. But I only have 12 out of 20 and.. F that... Plus the war board missions are in real wall clock time.. it's cool yet frustrating at the same time.. some of them take 15+hrs to complete. Literally the last week or two I've been placing my dudes on war board stuff and saving the game and coming back the next day and doing it again in order to get an achievement (build one throne).

Trespasser moves things forward 2 years so you have to pretty much finish every side quest and job you want to finish before you start it. (You have to finish the main game quest before it becomes available).

Not by name, but there was substance and there was a decent number of "defeat three greater bonewalkers and a tomb full of necromancing vampires and the chest at the end contains a loaf of bread and a single lockpick" tombs that served to confound/annoy those who obsessively crawl dungeons for loot.
